Bleeding Heart - Dicentra spectabilis

Date Photographed: 05/05/2012
Location: Batsford Arboretum
Resources: http://www.gardenersworld.com/plants/dicentra-spectabilis/3409.html
Notes: Along with the amazing shape of the flower as a whole. I find the outer pink petals and the inner white petals a potent mix. It's not hard to see why this plant ended up with the common name bleeding heart!
